The Scottish Joint Industry Board (SJIB) operate the FICA assessment product under license from NET and are responsible for the administration, documentation and quality assurance procedures which support it.
It is the responsibility of the Licensed Assessment Centre to conduct assessments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence, with the SJIB being the sole arbiter in adjudicating performance.
