SJIB Apprentice and Adult Trainee Personal Details Form
When an employer and Apprentice/Adult Trainee are notified of the individual’s upcoming FICA date (which is sent via email by SECTT) an SJIB Apprentice and Adult Trainee Personal Details form is attached to the email. This email advises Apprentices/Adult Trainees and Employers to ensure that this is returned to the SJIB prior to the individual sitting their FICA, to ensure that upon successful completion, the individual can be automatically graded as an Electrician and the SJIB can send out their Initial Electrician ECS Card.
The Personal Details form can be found here.
Please ensure to return this to generalenquiries@sjib.org.uk along with a passport style photo.
